The following Services are included in the apartmentpice:
Electricity, Heating, Garbage-, Water- and Canal Dues, Bedclothes, Chimey Wood, TV- and Radio, 10% VAT

Only the village tax and the final cleaning will be added to the apartment price.
Village tax: � 1,10 per Person/Day; Kids up to the age of 16. years do not pay any village tax.

Towels, kitchen towel and tablecloth are kindly brought by the guest, but can be provided by us as well against payment.

If the number of guests indicated under 'basic fee' is exceeded, children to the age of 4 will not be included in the price calculation.

Cancellations are subject to the principles of the "�sterreichisches Hotelreglement".
